Using NHPMentor AI means reading, understanding, and fully accepting these terms and conditions. NHPMentor is one of the technological products of NHPMentor Inc. and is presented as an intelligent assistant for analysis and educational decision-making teaching based on artificial intelligence.

1) Precise Definition of NHPMentor Service

1.1) NHPMentor is a data analysis and educational decision-making assistant that enables users to review, compare, and analyze international educational information.

1.2) The service provided by NHPMentor includes: access to tools for analyzing and comparing educational information, displaying potential educational paths based on educational data, teaching how to review and make independent decisions.

1.3) NHPMentor does not provide executive, legal, or administrative services in the field of immigration, visas, or registration.

2) Focus Area: Education, Data Analysis, and Information Provision

2.1) NHPMentor's primary focus as an assistant is on education, analysis of educational paths, and awareness.

2.2) Any reference to residence or immigration is presented solely as a natural consequence of some data-based analyses of users and clarification of educational paths and does not mean promotion or execution of immigration-related services.

2.3) NHPMentor and its parent company are not representatives of any university, immigration agency, embassy, or government body.

3) User Independence and NHPMentor's Role

3.1) NHPMentor is an intelligent assistant and guide, and the final decision is always made by the user.

3.2) The system is designed so that users can obtain the necessary information for decision-making without dependence on commercial interests of intermediaries or third parties.

3.3) Using NHPMentor means accepting that the system's outputs do not replace personal judgment, formal review, or the user's final decision.

4) Data-Driven Model vs. Traditional Limited Consultation

4.1) NHPMentor operates based on structured data analysis and comparable criteria.

4.2) The platform's goal is to reduce the risk of decision-making based on guesswork, advertising, or conflict of interest.

4.3) The information provided is designed to be verifiable and referenced to official sources.

5) Non-Promise-Based and Service Transparency

5.1) NHPMentor refrains from making any absolute promises or guaranteeing results.

5.2) The value of NHPMentor service is defined in information transparency, data structuring, teaching independent decision-making, information currency, and clarifying the path for users.

6) Responsible Use of the Platform

Users commit to:

  • Entering correct, real, and personal information
  • Refraining from providing false or third-party information
  • Not using the system for illegal, deceptive, threatening, or rights-violating purposes
  • Any misuse including automatic data extraction, reverse engineering, competitive or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7) Intellectual Property and System Rights

All material and intellectual property rights related to:

  • NHPMentor software and infrastructure
  • Algorithms and analytical structure
  • Content generated by the platform
  • NHPMentor brand, name, and identity

Are exclusively owned by NHPMentor Inc. and any unauthorized use without written permission will result in legal prosecution.

8) Permitted Age for Use

Use of NHPMentor is permitted for users 13 years and older. Users between 13 and 16 years are encouraged to use the system with parental knowledge.

NHPMentor has the right to restrict or delete user access if this condition is violated.

9) Suspension or Termination of Access

NHPMentor has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate user access in case of:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Destructive behavior or system misuse
  • Threatening security, credibility, or others' rights

Access may be restricted or terminated.

10) Changes to Terms and Continued Use

NHPMentor may update these terms at any time. The new version will be published on this page and continued use of the system is considered acceptance of it.

11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States and, in matters related to technical development, data hosting, cloud infrastructure, or international cooperation, the laws of countries participating in platform development or support.

In case of dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve the matter through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, the competent legal authority will be the jurisdiction of the Computer Professional Association.
