No. NHPMentor reports what the monographs say. It does not know your health, your medication or your history, and it cannot weigh them. Speak to a doctor, pharmacist or naturopath before starting, stopping or changing anything.
Answers are assembled automatically from monograph text and can be wrong or incomplete, which is why every answer cites its sections — check anything that matters against the source. Health Canada also revises monographs, and our copy can lag behind.
Every dose on the form against the monograph bounds, the risk and duration statements the monographs ask for, the monograph versions you attested to, arithmetic the form contradicts, and whether each non-medicinal ingredient was chosen from the NHPID. The report also lists what it did not check — brand name, label text, evidence, and whether your non-medicinal ingredients meet the limitations the NHPID sets for them are screened by the NNHPD, not here. It is not a Health Canada decision and does not predict one.
It is read in memory, checked, and dropped — never written to disk. The report is kept so you can come back to it, and it holds what you were shown: the findings, what was checked, and the product name.
Nothing. NHPMentor is free while we are building it. Accounts come with an allowance of questions and a separate allowance of application checks, because a check reads whole monographs and costs far more to run. There is no paid plan to buy yet, and you will be told before that changes.
Your account, and the service providers that make the service work: the one that generates answers, the one that sends our email, and the one that serves the site. They operate in the United States. We do not sell your data or give it to advertisers. The Privacy Policy says what each receives.
